The Overall brand

One brand. One mark. One presence.

Overall brings one name, one compact mark, and one living presence together. A brand system built to be unmistakable — without pretending to be a person or proof of the work.

The presence

Three elements. One identity. The mark comes from the mascot; the mascot gets no separate name and no separate logo.

The brand system

Three roles. One identity.

Each element works at a different scale. They are not competing marks, and they are not interchangeable.

01

The name

Overall

The product, company, and agent share one name. One capital letter. No abbreviation, variation, or character name.

02

The mark

The front-facing form

The compact form identifies Overall in navigation, an avatar, a favicon, or anywhere the name is already visible.

03

The presence

The mascot

The full silhouette makes listening, working, waiting, and stopping visible. It supports the product without becoming a separate character.

The story of a presence

It started with silence.

You hand over something that matters. The screen stays still. And the same question surfaces: is Overall listening, working, waiting — or has it stopped?

We did not want to fill that silence with noise. We wanted to give it a signal.

01

The silence

An agent’s work is invisible. Between a request and a response, one second is enough to wonder whether it is listening, working, or has stopped.

02

The choice

We wanted no robot, human face, or spectacle. Just one imperfect shape, two eyes, and enough movement to make invisible work perceptible.

03

The promise

The same presence moves through every moment, signals what changed, then returns to calm. It never asks for more attention than the work itself.

BLUEPRINT / 00

Not a character. A presence.

Before it was a mascot, it was a constraint: be visible without getting in the way of the work.

Every choice removes noise, leaving the eyes, rhythm, and context to tell the rest of the story.

FORM / STUDY1:1 SCALE

The gesture

A soft contour, almost drawn in one motion. No face. No accessories.

02PASS / 02

The volume

A deliberately imperfect circle, low and wide. Familiar, calm, and unmistakably Overall.

The gaze

Two white markers are enough. Their movement carries attention, doubt, and curiosity.

The signal

The drawing becomes a presence: one minimal body, short movements, and a return to calm.

PRIMARY CONSTRAINTA readable presence. Never a manufactured personality.

The primary signature

Mark first. Name second.

Use this composition the first time Overall appears. The name remains live text: no custom lettering and no decorative effects.

Overall

Compact headlines. Direct language. No decorative type effects. Uppercase belongs to small labels, not primary messages.

The mascot

Four moments. One body.

Its round, deliberately imperfect silhouette never changes proportions. Gaze, orientation, and rhythm are enough to make each state readable.

01Listen

Listen

It leans in without changing its silhouette. The eyes open wider, making attention immediately visible.

02Work

Work

Its gaze shifts and its movement becomes more active while a response takes shape.

03Wait

Wait

It breathes and blinks without asking for your attention.

04Stop

Stop

Its silhouette stays intact while its eyes become two lines. The stop is deliberate, clear, and readable without alarm.

Animation and expression support the words. They never replace an accessible state, proof, decision, or alert.

The language

Fifteen expressions. No invented emotion.

Overall does not pretend to feel. The mascot communicates the function of a response: exploring, analyzing, confirming, correcting, checking, surfacing the unexpected, or showing that work cannot continue.

Curiosity

It tilts and briefly looks around when information deserves exploration.

Every expression returns to attentive waiting. When reduced motion is enabled, the mascot stays still.

An honest presence

A useful signal. Never proof.

A brand grows stronger when its promise stays true. The mascot helps people read a moment; it never turns that moment into certainty.

What it shows

  • A conversation state
  • The function of a response
  • A change that deserves attention

What it does not prove

  • That the model feels emotion
  • That a response is necessarily correct
  • That an action was authorized or executed

Beyond the interface

Made to live. Built to belong.

The same restraint carries into the physical world. A mark on an object should feel discovered, not advertised — quiet enough for the room, distinct enough to be remembered.

External use

The right asset. At the right moment.

Website, presentation, or document

Overall signature

Use the mark with the name on first appearance. Use the mark alone only while the context remains explicit.

Social profile, favicon, or small icon

Mark only

Use the static front-facing version. Keep the Overall name in the title, profile, or adjacent copy.

Editorial, press, or partner use

Overall signature

Preserve clear space and give it equal visual weight. Never imply an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.

Illustration, video, or demo

Mascot

Use it to make a work state visible. Always pair it with text when that state has a consequence for someone.

Do

  • Keep the original black, white, and proportions.
  • Use the full signature at first contact.
  • Keep clear space equal to half the mark’s height.
  • Present the mascot as a product signal, not a person.

Don’t

  • Stretch, flatten, skew, or redraw the silhouette.
  • Add a mouth, limbs, accessories, or a character name.
  • Use signal blue as a decorative brand color.
  • Treat an expression as proof of execution, accuracy, or authorization.

Co-branding

Let every brand remain itself.

Separate signatures with space or a neutral rule. Never place the Overall mark inside another logo or change its scale to imply a stronger relationship than the real one.
