Service terms
By creating an account, connecting a Source, or using Overall, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy notice. Overall is currently offered without charge. No paid plan, order form, service-level agreement, or commercial sales terms are offered through the service.
You must be entitled to use the account, information, and Sources you connect. You remain responsible for the decisions and actions you take from the service. Overall may limit or end access when needed to protect the service, people, or rights of others, or when these terms are not respected.
Overall is provided as available. The law may give you rights that these terms cannot limit.
Acceptable use
Do not use Overall to access a Source without authorization, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, infringe another person's rights, or break applicable law. Do not treat a generated output as an autonomous decision or use it to cause harm.
Third-party notices
Overall uses third-party software. Where a license requires a notice to accompany the service, that notice applies in addition to these terms.
