Capacity policy

Your capacity, explained.

A percentage for your current period. A separate balance for extra credits. One shared capacity across your organization.

Two balances. One way to use them.

01

Included capacity

Pro and Premium include capacity shared across your organization. It is released in four periods during each monthly billing cycle.

Your meter starts at 100% of each period’s allocation.

02

Additional credits

Buy 150 credits for $10, then increase your purchase in $10 increments. Credits stay separate from your included capacity and are valid for 90 days.

Credits take over when included capacity is exhausted.

03

Model-based usage

Capacity consumption reflects the resources used by the model actually serving your work. More expensive models use capacity faster.

The same debit rule applies to included capacity and purchased credits.

Choose your plan. Stay in control.

Your subscription renews monthly. Credits provide extra capacity when needed, without an automatic recharge.

  1. 01

    Choose your capacity

Pro is $20 per organization per month. Premium is $120 and includes eight times as much capacity. There is no per-seat charge or setup fee.

  2. 02

    Follow your period balance

The first three periods last seven days each. The final period lasts until your next billing date, with capacity proportional to its length. Unused included capacity does not carry over.

  3. 03

    Add credits when needed

Choose a recharge from $10 in $10 increments. There is no automatic recharge. Buying capacity never expands what Overall is authorized to do.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Understand what renews, what expires, and what happens when your capacity runs out.

Understanding capacity

You are buying capacity for work across your organization, not seats or a fixed number of messages. Pro includes a shared allocation; Premium includes eight times that allocation. Additional credits let you continue when your included capacity is exhausted.

It means the full allocation for the current period, not the whole month. Each billing cycle has four periods. A longer final period receives proportionally more capacity, while its meter still starts at 100%. Your next renewal date appears beside the balance.

No. Members share the organization’s capacity. Consumption depends on the resources used, so messages and executions do not have a single fixed price. Subscription capacity is shown as a percentage and additional credits as a separate balance.

A more expensive model consumes capacity faster. A model change affects future execution and never reprices past work or expands Overall’s authority. An execution that has already started keeps its admitted model and pricing rule.

There is no fixed number of results. The work’s complexity, context, tools, and model affect consumption. Premium provides eight times Pro’s capacity, not a guarantee of eight times as many completed results.

Renewal and credits

Your subscription is billed on the same date each month. The first three capacity periods last seven days; the fourth lasts until the next billing date, for seven to ten days. If your billing day does not exist in a month, billing falls on its last day, then returns to the original day when possible. There is no fifth allocation or extra monthly capacity.

No. Unused included capacity expires at the end of its allocation period and does not carry into the next period or billing cycle. Your subscription runs until the next monthly billing date, rather than a fixed 30-day deadline.

Buy additional credits from $10, in multiples of $10. Every $10 provides 150 credits: $20 provides 300, and $100 provides 1,500. The price per credit stays the same at every purchase size. Subscriptions include more capacity per dollar than recharges.

Each purchase is valid for 90 days from its purchase date. Subscription renewals do not reset or remove unexpired purchased credits. A new purchase does not extend an older purchase’s expiry.

Yes. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your included capacity follows the remaining allocation periods until the current billing cycle ends, without rollover. Purchased credits keep their original 90-day expiry.

Control and safeguards

Valid purchased credits take over when included capacity runs out. Without available capacity or credits, new costly work pauses. Resources already reserved for an admitted step remain accounted for. Results and history remain accessible. Resuming work requires a fresh check of capacity and authority.

No. Recharges are manual. You choose the amount for each purchase; reaching a limit does not trigger another charge.

Subscriptions and purchased credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Cancellation prevents the next subscription renewal; it does not refund the current cycle. Errors in capacity accounting can still be corrected.

New eligible organizations receive a small welcome allocation, valid for three days. Welcome usage is limited across the same account’s organizations, so creating another organization does not increase the account’s free allowance. The welcome allocation does not renew automatically.

Yes. Measured execution can use capacity even if the attempt does not succeed. A duplicate deduction, wrong model, or other attributable Overall error is corrected in the capacity record without rewriting its history. A missing provider receipt is not treated as zero cost.

No. Capacity and authority are separate. Overall still checks the agreed scope and permissions before acting. More credits do not authorize access to another organization, new external actions, or work outside your mandate.
